The ACES conference organizing committee would like to invite proposalsfor special sessions on any topic of relevance to the ACES community.As the organizer for a special session, you will be responsible forobtaining five or more high quality papers and arranging the sessionchairmanship. If you wish to propose a special session please contactSami Barmada (
sami.barmada@dsea.unipi.it) to discuss your proposal.
Please note:
- All paper submissions must be directly uploaded to the ACES site by the corresponding author.
- Session organizers will have access to the papers submitted to their session through the ACES website.
- All submitted papers must be prepared according to the ACES Conference paper template.
- All papers will be reviewed and revised following established ACES procedure.
-Deadlines for submissions and early registration requirements will bethe same for all conference papers and strictly enforced.
- Authorsof all accepted papers are invited to submit a revised version of theirconference submission for consideration for publication in the ACESJournal after the conference.
